The Career Closet located in the Memorial Student Center, room L428, and no reservation is required to drop in! Due to the closet's size, we ask that no more than two people be inside the Texas A&M Career Closet at one time.
How to Rent Professional Attire Rental from the Career Closet at Texas A&M
1. Walk in any time during the Career Closet’s business hours.
Visit the Texas A&M Career Closet in person in the Memorial Student Center, room L428.
You can come any time when the Career Closet is open from 10 a.m. – 4 p.m., Mondays and Thursdays.
2. Choose your business attire to rent.
During your appointment, you will be able to try on different pieces of professional attire to find a size and style that suits you. You will have one week to use the professional attire for important interviews, networking events and other occasions where you want to make a strong first impression. Under certain circumstances, the rental period can be extended to accommodate students who may need to rent professional attire for periods longer than one week.
3. Return your business attire after having it dry cleaned for a small fee.
Before you return the professional attire, you must take it by Park Cleaners (located at 314 George Bush Dr. College Station, Texas 77840) and pay the $5 fee to have the attire dry cleaned. After that, all you need to do is return your rental to the MSC room L428 during normal business hours.
Student Government Association
The Texas A&M University Career Closet serves as an extension of the Executive Branch of the Texas A&M University Student Government Association. There are 13 committees within Student Government who act to enhance the student body in the areas of leadership, service, quality of student life and traditions. The collective mission of these organizations is to “perform services that are of direct immediate benefit to the student body and to the community of Texas A&M University.”
